Cash on Delivery (COD):
- You can choose to pay for your order at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as delivery agents may not carry change.
- COD is only available for selected locations. If COD is not available for your location, you will be prompted to choose an alternative payment method.
UPI/NEFT/IMPS Bank Transfer:
- Customers opting for UPI, NEFT, or IMPS can transfer the payment to the following number: 8884848935.
- After completing the payment, please share the Transaction ID or a screenshot of the payment confirmation via:

- Product dispatch will be initiated only after we receive the payment confirmation.
- If the payment confirmation is not received within 48 hours, the order will be considered canceled.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders will be processed only after full payment is confirmed or COD is selected.
Shipping times may vary depending on the product and delivery location. You will receive a tracking number once the product is dispatched.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds for UPI/NEFT/IMPS payments will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
No refunds will be provided for orders canceled after dispatch.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges and delivery timelines will be clearly stated at checkout.
EVERLIFT MATERIAL MOVEMENTS is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or any unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only for defective or damaged products. Each product will be subject to inspection to verify the defect or damage before any return or exchange is processed.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Proof of damage or defect must be provided.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, and all shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
